Dependency net : Type constraint net , Rule net--Monitoring & Event Driven

Hi Experts,

I transaction CU21 , create dependency net , we can see by default a constraint net is setup , other two options are grayed out automatically.

Can some one share , how to enable this options?

I tried using SAP help link , but couldn't find any which talks specifically for this option.

I found only one line in SAP help on topic " Creating a Dependency Net " and it says " ¡  The default dependency net type is constraint net, because this is the only type of dependency net currently supported."

Will appreciate it a lot if some one can share information on provide link on document which points towards information on this.
